- Mix vanilla almond milk with a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and a tablespoon of honey.
- Add pureed banana or apple sauce if desired.
- Line the pan with slices of brown rice or gluten free bread, pile 3-4 pieces high.
- Pour the almond milk mixture on the layered bread. Fill until the top of the bread is covered with milk.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins or until the top is brown.
