Bread Pudding Recipe

Dessert:

  • Mix vanilla almond milk with a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and a tablespoon of honey. 
  • Add pureed banana or apple sauce if desired.
  • Line the pan with slices of brown rice or gluten free bread, pile 3-4 pieces high.
  • Pour the almond milk mixture on the layered bread. Fill until the top of the bread is covered with milk.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins or until the top is brown.
