Non-Dairy Frosting Recipe:
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- ½ cup Earth Balance stick non-dairy butter substitute
- 2-4 Tablespoons non-dairy milk substitute
- 1 tsp gluten-free vanilla extract
- Mix butter and vanilla thoroughly.
- Slowly add powdered sugar and mix until creamy and smooth.
- Gradually add milk substitute until desired consistency is reached.
