Frosting

Non-Dairy Frosting Recipe:

  • 4 cups powdered sugar 
  • ½ cup Earth Balance stick non-dairy butter substitute 
  • 2-4 Tablespoons non-dairy milk substitute
  • 1 tsp gluten-free vanilla extract
  • Mix butter and vanilla thoroughly.  
  • Slowly add powdered sugar and mix until creamy and smooth.  
  • Gradually add milk substitute until desired consistency is reached.
