Baked Yams

Peel the skin of 2 medium size yams, cut into 1.5inch pieces, drizzle olive oil and sprinkle garlic salt. 

Mix them so the olive oil coats all sides of the yam. Bake for 45 mins at 350 degrees.

Sweet Potato Fries

If you prefer to have fries, try Alexia’s frozen sweet potato fries and drizzle with the duck fat you collected. Bake at 424 degrees for 20 mins. You can also fry the fries in the duck fat.

Asparagus

No need to season the asparagus, just sautee in the duck fat and you are done!

Buttered Corn

Put 2 tablespoon of Earth Balance butter substitute on frozen corn, microwave for 3-4 mins, 

season with a pinch of salt
