My favorite smoothie: Mix one banana with ½ cup blueberries, ½ cup strawberries, 2 teaspoons of chia seeds, vanilla almond milk or with apple juice. Add a tablespoon of almond butter if more protein is desired. Puree in a blender and enjoy!
